Acceptable Use Policy

At ProcoliX, we believe it's important that our services are used in a fair, safe and responsible way. We're all for freedom, but some clarity helps. That's why we've set out a few simple guidelines. Nothing complicated, just the kind of behaviour you'd expect in any decent digital environment.

What's allowed?

You're free to use our services for legitimate, honest and respectful purposes. Whether you're hosting a website, running an app or sending e-mails, all good, as long as you stick to the rules and respect others.

What's not allowed?

We take misuse of our services seriously. The following are not permitted:

  • Illegal activities or anything that breaks the law.
  • Sending spam or other unwanted messages.
  • Distributing malware, viruses or harmful scripts.
  • Disrupting or interfering with our systems or networks.
  • Fraud, deception or dishonest behaviour.
  • Violating privacy or intellectual property rights.
  • Publishing discriminatory, hateful or threatening content.

What happens if you break the rules?

For minor issues, we'll usually contact you first. If it's serious, or if it happens again, we may block or suspend your access (temporarily or permanently). If needed, we'll involve the proper authorities. We try to be fair, but we do protect our platform and the people using it.

Reporting Abuse

What to include

Noticed something suspicious on our network, like spam, harmful content or possible misuse of services? Please let us know. We treat all reports seriously and get back to you if we need more information or take action. Send an e-mail to our abuse contact, including as much of the following information as possible.

  • IP address, domain or URL
  • Date and time of the incident
  • Short description of the issue
  • Possibly relevant logs or screenshots

Notice-and-Take-Down (NTD)

How it works

Have you seen content or activity on our services that really isn't OK, such as illegal, misleading or harmful? Then you can submit a Notice-and-Take-Down request.

  • Report: Send a clear report to abuse@procolix.nl, including the URL, IP address, date/time and a brief explanation.
  • Review: We'll assess the report and contact the customer involved if needed.
  • Action: If the report is valid and the issue isn't resolved, we may intervene β€” for example, by taking content offline or suspending the service temporarily.
