ProcoliX

ProcoliX was founded in 2000 by three friends, with Koen de Jonge still involved. Since 2024, all shares in ProcoliX BV have been held by the Open Open Internet Discourse. This ensures that the core values of security, sustainability, and transparency can be pursued and that continuity is guaranteed.

We currently consist of a team of experienced system administrators and enthusiastic newcomers. We all share the same passion: empowering our customers by making the internet a little better, more open, and more fair.

We currently provide customized solutions for systems management, software management, email management, and ready-to-use virtual machines and physical servers. We also provide support and maintenance, helping customers manage their underlying infrastructure without having to worry about it.

At ProcoliX, we're building a fair and open internet as the foundation for a just world. We operate according to the open source unless principle and are independent of big tech.

Since 2023, ProcoliX has been a stewardship-owned company. This means the business is fully focused on its mission, with leadership guiding the company in the right direction without being driven by other interests.

ProcoliX is owned by the Open Internet Discourse Foundation, which ensures the company cannot be sold or take on large investments that would transfer control. For our customers, this provides certainty and continuity: they can rely on stable services focused on a fair and open internet, rather than maximizing profit or rapid growth.
