Fast, stable and hassle-free, because if it isn’t, you’ll simply move to another provider. When you run services with us, you mainly want everything to just work. Behind the scenes, however, quite a lot is involved.
Four locations that work together
Where are our data centers?
We operate data centers at four locations in the Netherlands: Nikhef and Cellnex in Amsterdam, Mediagateway in Hilversum and the Gerbrandytoren in IJsselstein.
These locations are centrally located and have a very strong internet connection.
We have our own racks and servers there, physically separated and fully set up by us. We also have our own CCTV surveillance.
The data centers are actively used together so they can back each other up when needed.

Management and continuity
We manage most of our infrastructure ourselves. Our servers are located on our own premises, in our own racks, with our own setup and CCTV monitoring. This means we have control over:
- The hardware
- The network
- The configurations
We have designed our infrastructure to handle outages as effectively as possible. On the data center side, much is already taken care of: redundant power supplies for almost all devices, emergency power via UPS systems and generators and multiple network connections. The data center provides the foundation (such as power and cooling), but everything that runs and is configured is in our hands. This allows us to act quickly and makes us independent of third parties for technical adjustments.
Sustainability and hardware choices
For us, sustainability is not a separate aspect but an integral part of our decisions. We work with carefully selected high-quality second-hand hardware that still performs well but has already had a previous life cycle. Before deployment, everything is thoroughly tested and checked at our office before being installed in the data center. This offers several benefits
