1. Upgrading an existing Nextcloud environment

If you are unable to upgrade your organization's or a client's production environment, we will identify the cause and help resolve the limitations.

Upgrading may also mean assisting in migrating the environment to Nextcloud Enterprise, including delivering support subscriptions and long-term assistance. This can be done on an existing (self-hosted) environment, on-premise or in one of our data centers.

2. Problems with the Nextcloud server

Recurring error messages or persistent technical issues. We will investigate the situation and either resolve the problem or recommend different hardware. This includes on-premise environments!

3. Data loss and recovery

Some data appears to be lost and cannot be found immediately. We assist by investigating backups and available information in the database. We then restore what can still be recovered and advise on improving the backup setup.

Pricing

The prices listed are starting rates and may vary depending on location, duration of the work and the expertise and experience of the assigned specialist.

  • Support — usage and configuration: from €115 per hour excl. VAT
  • Technical support — from €150 per hour excl. VAT
  • Consulting — from €150 per hour excl. VAT

Travel time is charged at 50%, and invoicing is done in 15-minute increments.
