Opinie
Who we are is shown in what we do. On many company websites, you're immediately greeted by a row of photos of the management team, neatly dressed and accompanied by their job titles. The idea behind this is often 'transparency' and 'recognizability'. At ProcoliX, we also believe in openness and being recognizable, but we value personal freedom more. Privacy is very important to us, and everyone decides for themselves what information is shared.

For a long time, no photos of colleagues were shown. This choice came from the belief that everyone should be able to decide what they share. That belief hasn't changed.
What has changed is that some colleagues now like to show who they are. Everyone can decide for themselves how they want to appear in a photo. One person might have a big smile, while another may choose a very serious expression.
Our principle is simple: anyone who wants a photo and name on the website can have it; anyone who doesn't, doesn't have to. We don't pressure anyone to appear at the ProcoliX website. We ask our customers to trust us with their data, and that trust starts with respecting personal boundaries. Privacy means that being visible is always a choice, both online and within the company.
True transparency, for us, is not about making everything and everyone visible. It's about being honest in what we do, how we work, and the choices we make. That's why we openly explain how our infrastructure is built, how we handle sustainability, and how we use open technology. We explain why we don't use tracking, how we embrace open source, and even why not all employees appear on the website. That is transparency that matters, much more than a row of forced portraits.
With or without portraits, ProcoliX is not about individual people, but about our shared mission: working toward a fair and open internet. Our strength is in the team and in the values we practice every day. Colleagues who do appear on the website choose to do so because it feels right and supports their story, not because the company needs a billboard.
Customers recognize ProcoliX not by a smile in a suit, but by how we work. Whether a colleague is visible with a name and face or prefers to remain anonymous, true recognizability comes from the approach we take and the quality of our services. At ProcoliX, it's not about individual profiles, but about how we work together to create a fair and open internet.
