Everyone uses email, almost every business and organization needs a reliable mail platform. A sole proprietor might choose a single address with Yahoo! or Google, but of course you'll want to use your own domain name.
At ProcoliX, we can get you up and running quickly. We've designed and built our entire mail platform from the ground up using only open source software and everything runs on our own hardware in our own data centers. Malware, spam and phishing scanning are also handled on our own systems, so your email never passes through a U.S. cloud (unless you're emailing someone whose address is hosted there, of course).
To start with email hosting at ProcoliX, you'll need your own domain name. If you don't have one yet, we can arrange that for you. If your domain is registered with us, we'll make sure everything is configured properly. Otherwise, we'll gladly help you set it up yourself. After that, you'll receive an account that allows you to create mailboxes, aliases and forwarding rules, as well as set storage quotas.
From that point on, you're in full control of your email. Users can set up their own forwards, messages are filtered for malware, spam and phishing, and with Sieve filtering you can create rules and actions, such as automatically delivering messages to the right folder. If you already have email with another provider, we can migrate it to our environment. That way, your users won't start with empty inboxes, making the transition smooth and hassle-free.
If you have specific requirements that go beyond what our standard platform offers, we can also provide a fully customized mail environment. Having your own system means complete control. Custom TLS settings, specialized processing or unique software, everything is possible. Some organizations are required to meet certifications that demand email to be handled on a dedicated system with controlled access. In many cases, a dedicated setup from ProcoliX meets those requirements.
