Nextcloud Managed Hosting

Managed Nextcloud means that we take care of everything technical for you. This includes hosting, updates, backups, security and uptime of your Nextcloud environment, along with selected apps and services. The cost of technical management is included in the price. Our team ensures that everything runs smoothly, continuously monitors the system and carefully tests updates before applying them. If anything goes wrong, you can always rely on our support.

Building your Nextcloud environment

Your Nextcloud environment can be customized to fit your organization's needs. It starts with choosing a subscription level. This determines the features, level of support and response times you can expect from us and from Nextcloud. Subscriptions also offer extras such as custom branding, stable releases, technical support, a service level agreement (SLA) with defined response times and input on the product roadmap.

After selecting a subscription, you can expand your environment with additional apps and services. These can be added per user or per environment, depending on your needs. This distinction is important because some costs depend on the number of users and the size of the services used.

What is included?

The price includes a suitable hosting environment with 100 GB of storage per user. The environment comes standard with Nextcloud Groupware, which allows you to manage webmail, calendars, contacts and tasks. Our team provides technical management and support according to the agreed SLA. In addition, Nextcloud Enterprise support is included, as well as access to popular apps such as Tasks, Deck, Notes and Forms.

What is not included?

Migration to Nextcloud is not included and is handled as a separate project. Email migrations are also not part of the standard service. Additional support for employees, such as training, custom manuals, functional management or first-line helpdesk support, is not included either. Finally, custom-built applications are outside the scope of the standard offering

Technical knowledge within your organization

Every organization is different. It is important for us to understand the level of technical knowledge within your team. This helps us give better advice and provide the right level of support. It also ensures we connect the right people on both sides, so communication is smooth and any questions or issues can be resolved efficiently.
